Retention Policy

Any lash client with less than 50% retention at 3+ weeks will be charged for a full set.


Recurring Appointments

Lash Clients are responsible for the price associated with the real-time appointment. For example: a “two week Fill” scheduled three weeks from your last appointment will be charged the three week fill price.


Cancellation Policy

Clients that cancel with less than 24 hours notice or no-show will be charged 50% of the services scheduled in order to continue to book appointments.
